The list of memberships with the Show and Renew check boxes are within the "Show Current Membership(s)" settings of the Membership form. To remove a membership program/category from being offered overall:
  1. Navigate to the desired membership form part to edit in NetCommunity.
  2. Open the form's setup.
  3. Scroll down to the Memberships from The Raiser's Edge to Include section.
  4. Locate the Membership Category: drop-down list.
  5. Click the V arrow to review the added membership programs/categories on the form.
  6. Highlight the membership programs/categories to remove in the list.
  7. Click the Remove button.
  8. Repeat steps 5 through 7 for each membership program/category to remove.
  9. Click Save at the bottom of the form.
