If this happens:
- Go to the tab on the application where the addresses are (ex: "Household", "Family")
- Remove the City, Zip Code, and Province (if applicable). The Country drop down will return to the default display of "-- Select an Option --".
- Select the Country.
- Fill in City, Zip Code, and Province (if applicable).
- Go to the Signature tab and click Submit.
If the application form still does not submit, contact Support.
