I need to add a new CRM user and deactivate a user, but I am unable to do that. How can I add a new user or deactivate an old one?
New users and the de-activation of inactive users must be done by MicroEdge Support. Please contact FIMS Support to add new FIMS CRM users, inactivate old ones, or add new FIMS CRM user licenses. These functions can only be done by Blackbaud Support.
