1. Click Admin, Import and open the appropriate import
  2. Select the Fields tab
  3. Check the Extension column for all organization relationship fields. All of the fields for one relationship record should have the same extension.
  4. Validate the import again
Note: You may also encounter this issue if the Key Indicator is incorrec in your Import file. For individuals, the Key Indicator should be "I."
There have been instances in which "1" had been entered in the Key Indicator column rather than "I," which prevented The Raiser's Edge from recognizing they were Individual records.
