You can download software updates, patches, and utilities from our website's Downloads section according to the Blackbaud products your organization owns with active maintenance. There are several reasons a file may be unavailable for download or missing from the list of options.
- Check your default organization on my blackbaud to ensure it is set to the correct organization.
- When your profile (name, address, phone number, email address, or user role) is updated, the following software is not available for you to download until your information is refreshed in our database. This occurs every four hours at 4:00 am, 8:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4 pm, 8 pm 12 am ET. In the meantime, you can ask a colleague to download the file:

- Supervisor Password Reset utility (Note: These utilities are available for download only for primary contacts and administrators.)
- All chat buttons are also affected by this.
If you should be able to download the file and it's still missing from the list of available downloads after the refresh:
