This error may occur if there is a problem with the reports connection to the database. Check to make sure the report is connected to the correct Export file.

This can occur for hosted or non-hosted clients. Try the following to resolve the issue:
  1. Open the Export in the Blackbaud application
  2. Click Export Now to re-export the data (make note of where the .MDB file is being saved)
  3. Click Save and Close on the Export
  4. Open the report in the Crystal Reports application
  5. Set the location of the Data Source

If these steps do not resolve the issue, try the following:
  • Recreate the Crystal report
  • Recreate the Export in the Blackbaud application
  • If the report connects directly to the back-end SQL tables, check the login credentials for the ODBC connection.
