Confirm the form has a Completed Status
In the NetCommunity website, confirm the form you expect to see in the plugin has a Completed status. Forms which do not have a Completed status and are in Started status will not show in the plugin.
  1. Login to the NetCommunity website
  2. Navigate to Site Explorer>Forms
  3. Select the Data tab
  4. Search for the form that is not showing in Education Edge
  5. Under the Status column, confirm Completed displays
Confirm that all forms are visible in NetCommunity and that all Pages have been viewed
  1. Open the NetCommunity plugin
  2. Click the link for Process submitted admissions or reenrollment forms
  3. In the lower left pane, confirm the following:
    • View: All Records (Section a in screenshot below)
    • View: All Forms (Section a in screenshot below)
    • Page X - (Section b in screenshot below) - if more than 1 page is here, review each page for the missing form
    • View All records, View all forms, select page
  • Note: if the form is not found, continue with the steps below to resubmit the form to the plugin
Resubmit the form to the plugin
If the form was not found in the plugin, follow these steps to resubmit it
  1. Login to the NetCommunity website
  2. Navigate to Site Explorer>Forms
  3. Select the Data tab
  4. Search for the form that is not showing in Education Edge
  5. Mark the checkbox next to the form and click to Resubmit
Once resubmitting the form it should be available in The Education Edge NetCommunity plugin.
