All Email messages sent from Blackbaud NetCommunity (including messages, newsletters, etc.) must contain links to the Privacy Policy and a User Email Preferences Form. These pages must be set up as Special Pages in your NetCommunity site for the Email message to see them as these links.

While editing the email which is prompting the error:
  1. Highlight the text you want to use for the link for the privacy policy page
  2. Click the Insert tab
  3. Click the Link button
  4. Choose Create link to a special page from the Create Page Link window as shown below. (Note: The special page names may be different for your site.)

  5. Select the page listed as Privacy Page or User Email Preferences, depending on which error is happening
  6. Click Insert in the lower left
  7. Repeat steps 1-6 if the error for the other page if needed

Note: Acknowledgment emails do not need to contain a link to the Email Preferences Page
