Merchant accounts missing in NetCommunity

When accessing the Merchant Accounts section within NetCommunity, you are expecting to see more merchant accounts. Perhaps all the merchant accounts are missing or just one in particular. 

If you are receiving an error: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized, you will need to ensure the Blackbaud Payment Service (BBPS) credentials are entered properly into the NetCommunity. If you do not know the credentials, reset them
Note: BBPS and BBMS are separate. They have different username/passwords. See the difference between BBPS and BBMS for more information.

Merchant accounts can be created within your Blackbaud product. If using BBMS, any merchant accounts created in the BBMS portal will automatically be created in your Blackbaud product and vice versa. Otherwise, if the merchant account is created within the gateway itself (such as IATS or CyberSource), the merchant account will need to be manually entered into the Blackbaud product to reflect the gateway’s merchant account. If you do not utilize BBMS, you will need to add the Merchant Accounts in Blackbaud NetCommunity
 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log in to the NetCommunity website
  2. Navigate to Administration>Merchant Accounts
  3. Note: Merchant Accounts are missing from this area
