To remove a scheduled Advanced Mass Email from the send schedule:
  1. Click on Reports in the main menu
  2. Click eTapestry Standard Reports
  3. Click  "Scheduling" in the Mass Email Reports tile
  4. Check the box to the left of the email you'd like to cancel
  5. Click Remove
And to confirm its removal:
  1. Click on Reports in the main menu
  2. Click eTapestry Standard Reports
  3. Click  "Scheduling" in the Mass Email Reports tile
  4. If the email is no longer listed, then the email has been unscheduled
NOTE: If you need to stop an email job, then remove if from the Scheduling report as soon as possible. If the email is listed in the Scheduling report, then it can be removed from the schedule. However, an email job can start to prepare to send just prior to the scheduled time. If the email is not in the Scheduling Report and it's before the scheduled send time, then the email is preparing to send and cannot be cancelled.
