Begin your query:
  1. Navigate to Analysis, then click Information library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Select the source view of Revenue and click OK

Add fields to Include records where:
  1. In the left column, select Revenue. From the middle column, drag Transaction Type into Include records where. Set equal to One of: Recurring Gift, Pledge
  2. In the same middle column, scroll to Credit Cards and drag Card number into Include records where. Set equal to Not Blank.

Add fields to Results fields to display:
  1. To see Constituent Name: In the left column, select Constituent. From the middle column, drag Name into Results fields to display
  2. To see Card Expiration Date: In the left column, select Revenue. From the middle, drag Card expires on into Results fields to display

Save query:
  1. Click Set save options tab
  2. Name query
  3. Save and Close
