In some email clients, your NetCommunity, Internet Solutions, Online Express or Altru emails may appear with an additional line after the sending domain, which reads: "Via [NetCommunity domain]" or "Via [siteid].bbnc.bbcust.com".  This can be resolved by adding a DKIM Signature to your email. Additionally, a DKIM signature can be created for eTapestry Advanced Bulk Emails.

For the latest and most accurate information regarding DKIM, please visit our Email Resource Center:

https://docs.blackbaud.com/email-resource-center/faqs/best-practices-faq#what-is-dkim-and-how-do-i-add-it

When you're ready to implement DKIM, please chat with support and reference this article. You'll need to know:
  • Domain name for the email to be signed as "from" i.e. @blackbaud.com
  • Site ID
After Support enables DKIM for your organization, they’ll send you a file with a .pub extension (which is not a Microsoft Publisher file) to publish through your DNS provider, such as GoDaddy, Network Solutions, or Active Domain. After you publish it, it can take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to propagate through the entire internet.

Blackbaud doesn't provide support for publishing the file. If you need assistance please work directly with your DNS provider.
Note: DKIM signatures for eTapestry can only be created for Advanced Email Messages. eTapestry Basic Email Messages are not currently compatible with DKIM.
