If you are a Blackbaud customer, please contact your organization's site administrator and request to be invited to your organization’s record on www.blackbaud.com. If you are not a current customer, please continue to browse other areas of our site. Also, review this Knowledgebase article.

If you have already been added by your organization, link your blackbaud.com account to your record in our support system:
  1. Request a password reset email for the email address you are using to log into blackbaud.com and follow the instructions in the email.
  2. Clear your internet browser's cache/cookies.
  3. Log into www.blackbaud.com.
  4. Click my blackbaud and scroll down and click Chat with Support.
  5. If you are able to access Chat Support, the records linked correctly and you should no longer receive the error.
