This error can indicate a few different things.

There were no MobilePay transactions processed recently:
  1. Go to Menu (top left) in the app
  2. Click Settings
  3. Verify the date range selected under Recent Transactions
  4. Log in to the BBMS Web Portal
  5. Go to Transactions > Transaction Search
  6. Enter that date range and select the Mobile Transactions Only box
  7. Click Search

The user does not have permissions to view transactions:
  1. Log in to the BBMS Web Portal​
  2. Go to Account Management > Users
  3. Click the ellipsis next to that user and select Edit
  4. Verify the Role selected for the user
  5. Click Cancel
  6. Go to Account Management > Roles
  7. Click the ellipsis next to the appropriate Role
  8. Mark the View Transactions box
  9. Click Save
The "User must change password on next login" box was checked for this user:
  1. Log in to the BBMS Web Portal
  2. Go to Account Management > Users
  3. Click the ellipsis next to that user and select Edit
  4. Unmark User must change password on next login
  5. Click Save
