Your request must indicate if you want to delete a full conversation or only a specific message within a conversation.

Support can delete a full conversation quickly. Deleting a specific message within a conversation requires a Data Fix. Support will provide an estimated turnaround when a Data Fix is required. 

To delete a full conversation, please provide the following:
1. Confirm the full conversation is to be deleted: Yes or No
2. First Name, Last Name, and User ID of one user included in the conversation:
3. Date and time of the last message in the conversation:
4. Conversation Subject/Title:
5. Reason for deleting the conversation:
6. Conversation ID: (see steps below to find the Conversation ID)

Support will delete the conversation and notify you once this is complete. 


To delete a specific message within a conversation, please provide the following:
1. Confirm only a specific message is to be deleted: Yes or No
2. First Name, Last Name, and User ID of the user who sent the message to be deleted:
3. Date and time of the message to be deleted:
4. Subject/Title of the conversation:
5. Reason for deleting the message:
6. The beginning text of the message to be deleted:
7. Conversation ID: (see steps below to find the Conversation ID)

Support will submit your request for a Data Fix and provided an estimated turnaround. Support will notify you once this is complete.


To find the Conversation ID:
1. Impersonate the user who sent the message
2. Click on Messages
3. Hover over the message title
4. A gray bar with the message address will appear at the bottom of the screen and the last 6 numbers after conversation are the Conversation ID.
