You can enter a custom contract due date for a student or candidate before or after generating their contract. Enter custom contract due date in the student's or candidate's Contracts tab.Do not change the Due Date on the contract itself unless you want to change the Due Date for all students/candidates with that contract.

To enter a custom Contract Due Date for a student or candidate:

  1. Go to the Enrollment Management Dashboard.
  2. Using the People Finder, search for and enter the record for the student/candidate.
  3. Select the Contracts tab.
  4. Edit the Contract.
  5. Enter the custom date in Contract Due Date.
  6. Click Save.
