To create a list of incoming students and their parents:
  1. Go to Analysis > Manage Lists.
  2. Click Manage Basic and Advanced Lists.
  3. Select the List Templates tab.
  4. Select Template Category > Constituent Information.
  5. Click View/Copy for the template titled Students with Parents (Flattened).
  6. In the Filters tab, change the Condition for User Role.Role to Incoming Student.
  7. Enter a Name for the list (required).
  8. Add the list to a category (optional).
  9. In the Display Fields tab, add or remove fields to display in the results using the Select Fields link in the bottom-left of the tab.
  10. Preview the list results.
  11. Save & Exit.
