When a school finds that a candidate will not be enrolling in the school, it can run the report in onBoard called Inactive Candidate Details
When a candidate will not be enrolling in the school, you can mark the students as inactive in onBoard > Process > Enroll/Inactivate Candidates. From there, run the report in onBoard called Inactive Candidate Details.
To access the report called Inactive Candidate Details:
Go to onBoard > Analyze > Reports
In the Category dropdown select Admission -- Applicant Reports
