A Platform Manager can add a faculty member to the front end directory by navigating to:
  1. Core persona > Users > Edit User Profile Data
  2. Search the faculty member
  3. Select their name
  4. Scroll down until you see System Information on the left hand side and click Employment
  5. Click Edit
  6. Here you must have a grade level or department selected in order for them to pull in the front end directoryUser-added image
