To troubleshoot:
  • To test Tell-A-Friend (TAF) delivery, create a demo participant account and send a message from your Participant Center to at least two webmail addresses, such as Gmail and Hotmail and to your work email address. If you receive those messages, then the recipient likely isn’t receiving email because they opted out of TAF.
  • To test autoresponders, create a constituent record using a webmail address and send a password reset email. If the webmail address receives the message, but the recipient’s work address doesn't, then they might need whitelist the IP addresses we send from.
