We recommended manually re-entering the data in any situation where it is feasible.  

Alternative options

  1. Purchase a temporarily hosted database that can be used to export/import your deleted information.  Your organization's site administrator must contact Customer Support.

  1. ​Contact our professional services department with a request of assisting to restore data.  This service is not included with your maintenance costs and will be billed as an additional cost.

       3. Have a web adminstrator request that a Factory Reset be performed. 

NOTE: The NXT web view is sync with your Raiser's Edge or Financial Edge database view. This means all information added to the web view (attachments, lists, etc.) will be lost and cannot be restored. Please review the ramifications section below for additional information.

Ramifications of a factory reset of NXT web view

A Factory Reset creates a brand new web view for your organization and only the database view will be fully restored. Only data entered as of the restore point for the database view will be present.  All previous data entered to fields existing only in the web view will be lost. An organization would resume as if it was enabled for the first time.
