Incorrect results in Pledge status and analysis report

When running your Pledge status and analysis report, you may find that amounts are incorrect due to double counting.
This can be corrected by toggling the primary contact on the record:
  1. Open the household/organization record
  2. Click Relationships tab 
  3. Click arrow beside primary contact > Click Edit
  4. Click Contact Information Tab
  5. Un-mark checkbox for Primary Contact
  6. Click Save
  7. Rerun the report. It should show the correct amount now
  8. Repeat steps 1-4
  9. Mark the checkbox for Primary Contact
  10. Click Save
  11. Rerun the report. It should continue to still show the correct amount.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From Fundraising, select Pledge status and analysis report
  2. Enter your criteria and click view report
