Create the Form:
  1. Go to Web 
  2. Click Manage Donation Forms
  3. Altru will show you all designations that exist in your organization's Fundraising Hierarchy. You can create a donation form for any designation in the fundraising hierarchy and you can have as many as you would like. Note: Altru will show you the hierarchy organized by Totals and Initiatives. To see designations at the fund/project/program level, you may need to click the clear triangles to expand the hierarchy:                               
    Click the arrows to show the initiatives and funds
  4. Find the designation you would like to add a form for and click the drop down arrows beside the designation. 
  5. Click Approve for Website to create the form:

  6. Once the form is created, Altru will provide you with the URL you can use to link to your website.

Create Giving Levels: If you'd like to create giving options for donors to choose on your web forms, follow the instructions below:
  1. Go to Web
  2. Click Manage Donation Forms 
  3. Find the Designation you'd like to create giving levels for and click the drop down arrows to the left. Click the Options button. 
  4. In this pop up window, click Add Giving Levels and specify your giving levels and names for your giving levels. Note: If you do not have names for your giving levels, enter a space in the Name field. 
  5. Check the box to allow for other amounts if desired. 
  6. Click Save. 
  7. Your donation form will update. 

Add a Recurring Gift Option: If you'd like for this donation to accept recurring online gifts, follow the instructions below:
  1. Go to Web
  2. Click Manage donation Forms
  3. Find the Designation you'd like to allow recurring gifts for and click the drop down arrows to the left. Click the Options button.
  4. In the pop up window, check the boxes next to the giving schedules you would like to make available
  5. Click save
  6. Your donation form will update
