In order for a grade plan to show in the drop down menu to review grades, the review start date in the grade plan must be current. If the date is set in the future, the grade plan will not appear in the approval drop down until that time.

Step I
  1. Navigate to Academics > Grades > Grading Setup.
  2. Select School Year Setup.
  3. Open the appropriate grade plan and select View across from the term.
  4. Select Edit and adjust the Review Start Date to a current date and make sure an end date is also entered.
  5. Save & Exit.

Verify the grade plan appears in the Review Grades drop down menu.
  1. In onRecord go to Approval > Grading.
  2. Select the Review Grades drop down menu and verify the grade plan appears in the drop down.
